PRESS RELEASE FOR NFOPP TECHNICAL AWARD IN RESIDENTIAL LETTING AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (TOWN) PROPERTY PROFESSIONAL RECOGNISED FOR TRAINING EXCELLENCE

 

 

A Brighton based Lettings agent has secured a nationally recognised industry qualification and has joined growing number agents across the UK to do so.

Ben Cannon of Lanes Lettings has passed the National Federation of Property Professional (NFOPP) Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management, the industry standard for all agents working in the area. It is the required qualification for entry to the association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA), the only professional, self regulating body specialising in the private rented sector and representing more than 5000 Lettings offices across the UK. He she said:” I decided to start my studies as a result of wanting to prove we are experts in our field and I am thrilled to have secured the Technical Award “For me it is evidence of our professionalism and shows our clients that they are dealing with someone who is knowledgeable and that they can trust us to do a good job.”

The NFOPP Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management is a Level 3qualification within the National Qualifications Framework. The examination for the qualifications cover:

  • Health and Safety, Security and General Law
  • Legal Aspects of Lettings Management
  • Residential Property Management Practice
  • Residential Property Lettings Practice
