Requirements

All applicants must present the following with application forms

Agency fee of £160.00 per person – cash or bankers draft accepted (This includes all fees and administration costs)

A recent utility bill addressed to your current residence Photographic id
Landlord reference from most recent address
Recent payslip (working applicants only)

Employed applicants must have:

Been in continuous employment for a minimum of 6 months
A recent payslip
If self-employed must provide 3 years accounts
Unemployed applicants must first make an application for tenancy for review by the landlord.

Applicants will require:
Home owning guarantor* OR
Rent guarantee insurance

Students will require:

Home owner guarantor or 6 months in advance
Copy of letter confirming placement on headed paper or valid NUS card Guarantor

Guarantor requirements:

Must own a property in the UK:
Photographic id
A current utility bill
If a - a mortgage statement or recent proof of ownership
& if property is jointly owned both must sign guarantee

** if your application is successful one months rent in advance & one months rent as deposit must be paid by all applicants on signing the tenancy agreement & must be paid by bankers draft, postal orders or cash under certain circumstances**
