Looking for your ideal home can be a very stressful and demanding experience, that's why we have broken down that process into easy manageable steps
Step 1 - Register
Identify what area you would like to be in then give us a call or send us an email, one of our letting specialists will take all? your requirements and create you your very own wish list.Step 2 - Short listing your properties
Once we have a clear understanding of what you are looking for we will create a list of properties for you to see.Step 3 - Viewings
All of our viewings will be accompanied and arranged for a time that suits you, either meeting at our office or at the property direct.Step 4 - Finding the one
When you find your future home you will need to act quickly, the first thing to do is tell us that you want to take the property and then to put down a holding fee to secure it.Once it has all been agreed with the landlord we will start references, all the information can be found here.
Step 6 - moving in
Once the references have come back and everything is OK, we will contact you to confirm the date of move in and agree a time for you to come to the office and sign the agreements and to provide us with payment (usually 1 months deposit and 1 months rent in advance) which needs to be in cleared funds so that we can move in.The insurance a lanldord has will not cover your own personal belonging so it is improtant for you to get your own form of content insurance to cover your belongings and the best place to get it is here
Step 8 - welcome to your new home
